add mcc trees to treespace plots #137

each treespace plot could have an extra data point for:

  1. The mcc tree for each chain
  2. The global mcc tree across all chains

This will be a bit fiddly to implement, but would add useful information too.

Done. Just for the global mcc tree across all chains, because we made the decision that chain-specific mcc-trees was overkill.
