bug in auto burnin detection #139

Error in burnin:length(treelist) : result would be too long a vector

Can be reproduced with test dataset 6. Seems like the burnin can sometimes be 'inf'.

Unless I'm mistaken, this is an issue that's fixed on my branch. It's now being merged into develop.
