this just occurred to me while I'm running a workshop on Bayesian phylogenetics.
We can make a parameter plot for trees, that will be comparable with the traces you get for continuous parameters. To do this, we just calculate the distance of each tree in the chain from the starting tree. It would be nice to include this, because those traces tend to be really useful diagnostic tools.
