This bug lives in four-windows-5 branch.

The size of textarea is increased when the padding is added to it. Changing box-sizing to box-border does not help. bug

This is very strange thing and I do not know how to fix it.

I forgot that I will use textarea for other blocks also. Anyway, this is really strange.
