Hi There - I've just taken over maintenance from Artem - I've removed all langs except en from the plugin code as you will be able to use AMOS for translation work when it gets approved in the moodle.org plugins database (the block has been submitted to the plugins db already - it's just waiting approval) - the module (attforblock) hasn't been added to the db yet but will hopefully be sorted sometime next week - thanks.
