SCORM archive is not usable because of wrong attempt ID #197

mdl_local_recompletion_sa.attempt does not correspond to mdl_local_recompletion_ssv.attemptid as I believe it shoud. So, records from mdl_local_recompletion_sa can't be linked to dl_local_recompletion_ssv. SCORM tracking data for user can't be reconstructed from these two tables.
