Fixes "user_picture::fields() is deprecated" warning in Moodle 3.11

thanks @juancs - I typically prefer to branch in this situation - I've just created a new MOODLE_311_STABLE branch (and set that to the default branch) if you want to resubmit this without the backwards compatibility support - otherwise I'll try to get to this later in the week. Thanks!
