Fix add and scroll in horizontal playlist #2

The horizontal playlist should be scrollable via left and right arrows
All elements drag dropped there should be placed on the same row (never on new row)
Activate scroll arrows on hover (instead of click), no refresh of course

Adding is kinda fixed, tracks get transformed and added allright on drop However, the horizontal scrolling part needs to be done (not easy, because current design somehow forces all elements on new rows on horizontal overflows)
