Couldn't connect on TCP #208

Description of issue

i was fully explaning the problem here with the scenarios i used in testing https://github.com/dannagle/PacketSender/issues/202

And you can test with the AppImage extensions because both versions which wasn't working, I used that extension

You can work on this issue and reference to the other thread to make tracing for the bug for me So I Can monitor it because the other one was different problem in the first description

I'm running Ubuntu 20. Perhaps there is an oddity with 18. I can do a fresh build this weekend with 18 to see if something is happening with the AppImage.
