View Change Log for Time Trackings #136

I've been using the Activity Timer plugin for Trello, and it has been a great tool for managing time. I wanted to know if there is an existing feature to view a change log for time trackings.

Could you please confirm if there is an existing functionality that enables users to view a change log for time trackings? This would include details such as the timestamp of the change and the user responsible.

Appreciate your assistance and the excellent work on the plugin!

Hi @pedrox-hs,

Appreciate your support. Glad to year it's of use :)

I'm not sure if this is what you seek or not. But by clicking the board button -> 'Data exporter - Time tracking' you will get a full overview over each time tracking entry for any and all cards.

If you need to know the specifics for a particular card, then you can also click "Manage time" under each card and get detailed information of time recordings.

Both of the above contain the end user that recorded the time.

Let me know if this helps clear up the question, or if there is more 👍

Thank you for the info! While the 'Data exporter - Time tracking' and 'Manage time' features are helpful, I'm specifically asking if there's a feature to track who and when changes were made to time entries. Is this currently available in the plugin? Thanks again for your help!

@pedrox-hs Alrighty. There are no audit features available at this time that will allow you to see who did what within the powerup. If someone decides to remove a time tracking or otherwise manipulate it, then this is not logged.

However, sounds like a great addition for compliance with larger organizations. I'll leave the issue hanging as I'll be interested in looking into it some time in the future.
