Data Export Calculation

Hi @danniehansen !

I've been using the tool and it's been great, thank you.

I was wondering - is it possible that when you export data, it adds the time logged per member per label? For instance, in the example below I've filtered by label, but I now have to manually add all the minutes and seconds this person has logged. If all the time was added and I could simply see the total amount of time spent on this client, my life would be SO much easier and it would save me literally hours of time. Is this possible? :)

Sounds interesting! Just to confirm, or reiterate. In addition to the existing time spent columns under data exporter, then you could benefit from having additional columns per member? I'm fairly sure that grouping the result by "Member and card" you would have 1 row = 1 member, but could then have multiple rows per member.

I do see with few cards having this split out as columns would be beneficial.

Can you confirm if my understanding is correct?

So this is what it looks like when I group by "Member and Card", and that has its value.

However, I think what I'm saying is I would benefit greatly from being able to just group by member. For example, using the screenshot above, this would mean all the time logged by Clay in all the cards with the OTA label would simply be in one row.

The kind of data I need is "Clay spent 7h 56m in total on OTA last week". I hope I've been able to communicate my thoughts clearly 😅

Ah. That makes sense! I'll add this to my todo list when i get some spare time to look at Activity timer. That would be a great addition. In this cases card related columns would be unavailable as it would just be total time tracked across all.
