Add 24 hour format support #81

This adds support for 24 hour format. 24 hour format will be default and can be changed in user preferences.

Decided upon not allowing user to choose between formats. Majority of the user base using Activity timer uses 24 hour format. I'll leave it at this initially and hear community feedback. If it becomes an issue I'll add in support for switching.
