Use macro replacement for ServerRoot, DocumentRoot, User and Group.
Choose correct 1.3 or 2.0 template.
Create symlink to existing modules directory.

Add "start" and "stop" recipes to the Makefile.

"make conf" should be in Makefile, not configure script
