By taking advantage of the NdbRecord interface, mod_ndb can have simplified 
code and improved 
performance.

It is suspected that the changes required to use NdbRecord are major.  Also, 
they will break 
compatibility with older versions of MySQL, including non-CGE 5.1 releases and 
all 5.0 releases. 

So, use of NdbRecord should be introduced in a major new release of mod_ndb.
