auto subtitle track selection #119

Under MPC-HC or KMplayer, it could able to configure to allow player itself to 
pickup a subtitle file based on naming conversion automatically.

For example
movie.mkv
movie.eng.srt
movie.jpn.srt
movie.chi.srt

In MPC-HC (build-in subtitle processor) and kmplayer allowed my to configure 
the order to load a subtitle file ie jpn,chi, eng
