Subtitle duplicate and overlapping #162

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load file like [Commie] Servant x Service - 04 [40E8E0FE].mkv
2. wait until around 8:11

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No doubling/overlapping

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7/xy-VSFilter_3.0.0.211

Please provide related subtitle script (if any). And the less characters
the script is, the less effort I have to make to fix the issue, so if you
could make the script as simple as possible, that would be appreciated.

Please provide any additional information below.

You are using the MPC-HC ISR to render subtitles at the same time as 
xy-VSFilter.

1) Open MPC-HC settings (View menu -> Options)
2) Click "External Filters" and remove any instance of "DirectVobSub"
3) Click "Playback" and uncheck "Auto-load Subitltes" which is required to 
completely disable the ISR

If using MPC-HC, the above steps should resolve your issue.
