[Req] Relative (percent) potisioning for freenotes #69

I think that freenotes' position should be specified in percents rather than pixels (e.g. style="left: 67.159%; top: 16.641%"), so they will (mostly) retain it when saved document is viewed in browser window with different inner width.

I'm not sure if it would work as expected, and it could potentially change the display effect largely. Maybe we have to make a test sometimes. Thank you for the suggestion.

This probably won't work for a web page with responsive design. Another solution need to be considered.
