Difference between upload and import is not clear #361

Can you explain the difference? If I understand it I can try to edit the wiki and put it there for everybody to find easily.

Upload adds file(s) into the scrapbook as file item(s).

Import is the opposite of export, which downloads item(s) as a .wsba file, and re-generate item(s) from the imported .wsba file(s).
