Yes

>What channel are you trying to watch?

>What episode are you trying to watch?

Any episode...but try this one as an example:
http://urplay.se/Produkter/177182-Varlden-Vapenlabbet

>What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When playing an episode.. everything looks fine until you see people in the
show talking... then you will notice that the sound lags a second behind and
lips are totally out of sync. (which can be quite annoying)
Watching the exact same episode on my computer/nexus 7 the everything works
fine...

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Watch any show
2. Wait until someone actually talks and you can see his face..
3. Notice that lips are "out of sync" (the sound lags)
4. Verify the same show in you web-browser (should work fine)

What version of XBMC are you using? On what operating system?

Running on openelec 3.2.3, linux (fusion release)
Please provide any additional information below.

Please ATTACH a complete DEBUG uzg.log or uzgplugin.log and add an

Audio/Video Out of sync issues are out of my reach (unfortunately). It's XBMC
that does the playback, so you should probably search there.

By the way: you can adjust the audio offset and make it in sync again during
playback from the Audio-Playback menu
