[Feature Request] Circuits on circuits #28

Bit like in super circuit maker. Place a circuit board (potentially just some built in circuits like rs latch) onto a circuit board to increase compactness

I do want to keep the functionality of this mod in line with vanilla mechanics, but I like this idea as an add-on mod.
