Adds a simple unittest that issues the "swap screens" command and then checks the windows' geometries to verify they actually have been moved.
If running on a single-screen setup, it will at execute the swapping code and report the test as SKIPPED.
CTest will consider this a failure, so the CIs have been updated to either not run it, or run it in a two-screen XvFB.
