Show ranking with "Victory recorded..." message

It might be useful to show a user's ranking in the "Victory recorded..." message.

Often "Victory recorded for..." is followed by a user checking their ranking with @poolbot leaderboard.

Something like: "Victory recorded for @matthall. Your ranking is now N."
