Add solar to automations.

[x] Notification to change invert ⭐priorities
[x] Notify when battery is almost charged
- [x] Add details of the estimated v.s actual solar generation so far.
- [x] Add predication if the battery will fully charge before the end of the day.
[x] Battery runtime sensor
[x] Battery time to fully charge sensor
[x] Notify high solar generation forecast in the winter
[x] Notify low solar generation forecast in the summer

A connected appliance that can be started remotely would be needed for the washing machine.
