Migrate from HASS Workstation to HASS Agent on 💻Windows

I was using HASS Workstation for providing sensors to Home Assistant but it looks like the project has been abandoned in favour for HASS Agent.

There's not a lot to migrate but it was used for some of the presence detection.

To Do:

• [x] Uninstall Workstation and install agent.
• [x] Replace entities with relevant replacements.

Ideas that was not possible before:

• [x] When the doorbell has rung
• [x] Entrances opened / closed
• [x] Alarm status changes

There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently that is under test.

Update the issue in the next 2 days or it will be closed assuming it was tested successfully.
