Create Levels To Home Log

The events being sent to Slack (and possibly Discord) was exceeding the API limits. AFAIK, you cannot increase the API limits.

To tackle this, introduce new log levels similar to logging in programming.

To Do:

• [x] Create log level selector
• [x] Add log level logic to notifications
• [ ] Implement level in all notifications
