字典问题 #27

/org/wltea/analyzer/dic/stopword.dic
/org/wltea/analyzer/dic/surname.dic
有三个文件有bom头，另外建议把默认的stopword.dic从jar里面提��
�来，由用户来决定是否采用，搜索英文名称时默认的stopword��
�很多负作用

能否把字典都提出来？这样方便精简掉不必要的信息

直接配制字典目录吧，里面放多少都行，不用改配制
