Create a decent UI #5

Current idea is to use cefpython with a "single-page presentation"-like UI. Each screen is a div in the HTML and there is a menu to the side that will scroll to the desired screen.

Not really decent, but the UI is done. It is not HTML, no patience for that. :P Commited in 2140e87.
