Not work contacts.resolvePhone #1317

It works on some phones, but not on some (return PHONE_NOT_OCCUPIED).

I have to add and delete a contact once to be recognized by Telegram!

ImportContacts It also does not work

This is a privacy limitation imposed by telegram.
