add ofx::pd namespace? #15

I'm thinking of wrapping the ofx pd types in an ofx::pd namespace. Does this make sense?

Why not pd or libpd namespace?

I'm actually using a pd namespace. Checkthe libpd-api-matching branch.

I want to finalize things soon. Hopefully the api will be stable from here on out.
