updated codeblocks windows project for 0080 compatibility #31

built a new project using the project generator, then set it up to be in parity with the existing ofxPd example.

I am not sure why all the directory separators changed, hopefully this isn't an issue. Also I am using codeblocks 12.11, which is the newest stable version.

Thanks, but I need to reorganize ofxPd anyway and regenerate/test the example on all platforms. The libpd sources should be in libs.
