Emscripten compatible version #93

Just adapted the current version, didnt test everything, but so far it seems to work good. And I needed to change less than in earlier (PD) versions... https://github.com/Jonathhhan/ofxPD_Emscripten (initially I wanted to create a ofxPd branch, but that refers to the original pure data files)
