OF 0.9.0 #8

I am working on bindings for OF 0.9.0

I just removed and added the needed stuff to get it compiling, but it's neither complete nor clean. I added this PR in order to keep track of these changes. I'll try to make it better.

Feel free to look at it!

Just finished a major update for 0.9.0 using some your updates. Note the new DEPRECATED makefile argument.
