Camera does not detect any reflected IR light from touch screen #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. plug in touch screen
2. open touchlib config tool
3. touch screen with hand and look at touchlib config

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We should see IR points where our fingers touch the screen, but we see nothing.

Maybe we need new LEDs or a new webcam, I've posted on the NUIGroup forums
for help.

New webcam with IR filter removes works slightly better, without visible light 
filter
in dark room touches are VERY bright, but with visible light filter touches 
cannot be
seen. Not sure what we should do
