alt text needs improving #1

Currently the alt text is "Screenshot of the charts", from here:

But it should be possible to use the data to make it more interesting and useful.

Could probably both base this on processing the CSV data ourselves or pulling more from the page. Could expand the region discovery added in #3 with something that returns a JSON object with more info, such as things to use in the alt text.
