Notifications #2

A notifications area for important things like "this lecture is cancelled" or "coursework set" or other important things – and have settings to control whether they are sent via. text or not.

Maybe even optionally let it forward them to another email address (I'm thinking for students who don't used their sussed email much).

Great idea. The settings would probably just be in the settings page, not something I think needs to be in the mockup, but I think a general notifications panel would be great. I will have a go at something like this next. I think.
