Show a second general channel when x messages per y time are sent (by z users) in #general

• Pax should also post a message or other (wasn't there a way for a bot to display a message/notification over the typing area?)
  • Should link to opened channel
  • Say that new channel is an overflow channel and will be hidden again after decrease in activity
• Set permission for secondary channel to true
• If lower threshold is met, disable chatting in new channel
• Hide general2 from view after some amount of time has elapsed
  • Like maybe after 1h.
• Idk if this would become a problem but maybe z >3-4 users chatting to discourage people from trying to spam it to open.

Wouldn't it be easier to just have two general channels at all times?

Yes it would be, in fact we had such a channel in the past. But in the times it wasn't needed it got filled with emoji chains and other low value content.
