Mac OS can't read full disc size #116

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. connect wirelessly to ns-k330, which has an 40 GB disc attached via USB
2. Finder shows that the disc has only 4 kB; but all the content displays
3. try to save any file bigger than 1 MB to the NAS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
File should be copied to NAS, but Finder shows a message stating that there is
no space available - even if the this has been recently formated

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SNAKE OS V1.2.0 (20100621); Mac OSX 10.6.6

Please provide any additional information below.

Both Linux and Windows 7 can copy bigger files to NAS, only Mac OSX is
affected; I have already formatted disc using SnakeOS (ex3), Linux (vfat) and
Mac OSX, but the outcome is the same.

Just for the record, I created another share, pointing directly to a folder,
not to the root of the drive, and it worked! :)

Same problem to me. And the same "solution": add a share folder, not the root.
