debian.tgz corrupt #161

In following the steps outlined in the Wiki re:Debian_Chroot  Jan 25, 2011, 
executing the 4th step  "# wget 
http://snake-os.googlecode.com/files/debian.tgz" downloads a corrupt file with 
multiple files in a sub directory /usb/sda1/downloads/ named "HOW I MET YOUR 
MOTHER...BLAH..BLAH...BLAH.  I tried the 5th Step a number of times "#tar -xvf 
debian.tgz" which always ended up in error, which then led me to inspect the 
tgz file, and then figured this to be corrupted.

Any chance of putting up the original file again? Anyone else find come accross 
this problem?
