What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Started FTP service in web interface, forward the port 21 in my modem.
2. Tried to connect from my work and my 3g phone and didn't work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That connects to the FTP from outside my lan
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Tried every way to connect to FTP externally, but didn't have sucess.
Started FTP service in web interface, forward the port 21 in my modem.
Still no sucess, but i can acess the web interface, transmission web and
myfilebrowser from outside the lan (forwarded the other ports too, but only the
21 is not working) - the last thing that i tried was to change the default port
from 21 to 2100, but still not sucess
