Partition alignment (Please add to FAQ) #343

If you're going to use usb sticks or 4k hard-disks, I suggest you aligning 
partitions at 1MB blocks (it's multiple of all erase block sizes).

Create a partition with starting sector 2048 (for 512-byte sector hard-disks) 
or sector 256 for 4k sector hard-disks. 

Subsequent partitions also must be multiple of 1MB.
