FTP not running after admin port change #374

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change HTTP Web Admin port: to 802
2. Save config, restart
3. FTP deamon couldn't be started.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
FTP should be able to run

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Kernel version: 2.6.16-gazineu
NAS version:    SNAKE OS V1.3.2 (20111019)
