User defined aggregation period #6

Would be useful to have an aggregation period that the user could select (e.g. 24hours). Particularly useful when considering the statistical error of the counting rate. A user can test what period of aggregation is required to get uncertainty down to a defined percent.

For now I've set a standard 24hour aggregation.
