Created Hindi translations. However, it seems it may need refining based on the actual en_US file corrections. I will work on that and update Hindi one as well, and hopefully the other ones too. The file /system/admin/views/import.html.php needs the tags/codes corrected.
Notes: Please merge this one, as I may not get time for a week to work on the rest of what I mentioned above. I am planning on adding Gujarati (gu_GU.ini) as well soon.
