Algolia operations limit exceeded #36

Looks like the complementary algolia account has reached its limit...

algoliasearch.exceptions.RequestException: Operations quota exceeded, change plan to get more Operations.

@sidpalas I think I fixed this by just spinning up a new Algolia account and getting another free trial :o. I also applied for their free plan for COVID tools
