Bump version for a Hackage release #15

Hello! May I bother you to make a Hackage release? It'd be nice to have a ghc-9.2+ -compatible version on there. (And, perhaps, eventually on Stackage also.)

Hum, the version constraint for template-haskell needs to be updated, so simply bumping the version number won't work. I am running the CI (#16) before releasing it to Stackage...

Stackage should include the latest version (0.7.9) in the next release of the resolver. https://github.com/commercialhaskell/stackage/pull/6858/files
