Wmode not working correctly in IE #135

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a swfobject with wmode on transparent
2. Put it over another div that has a background

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is wmode to work correctly. Observe that the flash file
will just render on top of the background in IE.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest version, OS=WINXP

Please provide any additional information below.
When using <object classid... for flash it works without any weird things.
So the problem has to be a bug in swfobject.
