Single line commenting does not work in ST 3.1 (stable) #111

After updating to 3.1, cmd+/ shortcut for commenting out single lines now outputs CSS block comment format /* */. I've tried other languages that have both single-line comment and block comment, and they work fine in current version, so I'm guessing there's something changed regarding the sublime-syntax file grammar?

Please look into this. Thanks!

Good catch, I seem to have missed a few selector updates.
