Weather forecast is unreliable. #4

The weather forecast feature was completely accurate during my trip to London but has proven to be misleading in California. Counter and overall purpleness are great.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll get in touch with the folks on the .NET core framework team to make sure that System.Random does a better job of taking California weather patterns into account 😉 .
