I need to move/rotate the body for the threads to fit properly #1

I'm having trouble with using a thread from FDM50MetricTrapezoidalThreads.xml in Fusion360. When I use the standard ISO metric profile, the threads on the screw and the nut fit together perfectly. However, when I switch to FDM50MetricTrapezoidalThreads.xml, I need to rotate or move the body for the threads to fit properly. I'm new to working with threads in Fusion360, so it's possible that I'm making a mistake.

You aren't doing anything wrong, fusion doesn't auto align the start point correctly when you us what it considers non-standard threads. They will print just fine, but require manual movement if you want to set up a joint or something like that in fusion.
