update to Django version 3.x #124

For the view part. Split the replay parsing part into a Celery job (https://github.com/dansan/spring-replay-site/issues/123).

Update is live on server. Everything seems to work now, except for the "browse" page. "ez-tables" is not maintained anymore, will have to switch to another table software with server side processing support (datatables?).
